Let me share a bit about my journey and why I am so passionate about tutoring
Eight years ago, I embarked on an incredible journey by founding Poppy's Tutoring. The inspiration behind this venture? It all began with my youngest brother's struggles with dyslexia. Seeing firsthand the challenges he faced ignited a passion within me to make a real difference in the realm of education.
Before delving into tutoring, I was deeply involved with the local council, particularly in the EHCP (Education, Health Care Plan) department within the education sector. This experience further fuelled my determination to support students on a more personal level. While I valued my role, I felt a strong desire to provide direct, one-on-one support to students who needed it most.
I realized that individualized guidance could truly unlock their potential and foster their growth.
Driven by this conviction, I decided to pursue a career in teaching. I dedicated myself to honing my skills and knowledge, equipping myself with the tools necessary to make a meaningful impact in students' lives.
Today, I am immensely proud to see how Poppy's Tutoring has flourished into a platform where students receive tailored support to thrive academically and beyond.
My passion lies in leveraging my expertise to empower individuals, championing their educational journey every step of the way. Whether your child needs help with dyslexia, struggles with maths, or simply wants to excel in their studies, I am here to support them.
